All transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times depend on the ecommerce supplier and your location. We ship only within India.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund for eligible items. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the getnayi platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, videos
• Software, code, and design
• Trademarks and brand elements

are the property of getnayi or our content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to getnayi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You represent that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at contact@getnayi.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of getnayi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

18. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
