At getnayi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
14-Day Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Item must include the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Item must not be a non-refundable product (see exclusions below)
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@getnayi.com with your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods)
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at contact@getnayi.com
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by getnayi
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time varies)

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@getnayi.com.
