At getnayi, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be cancelled and the process to follow.

When Can You Cancel?

You can cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched by the supplier
• Within 24 Hours: Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to supplier confirmation
• Order Status: Cancellation is only possible if the order status is "Order Confirmed" or "Processing"

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your getnayi account
2. Go to "My Orders" section
3. Select the order you wish to cancel
4. Click on "Cancel Order" button
5. Select the reason for cancellation
6. Confirm the cancellation

Cancellation by getnayi

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Pricing errors or technical glitches
• Inability to verify payment information
• Suspected fraudulent transaction
• Delivery address is not serviceable
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Self-Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you cancel your order before dispatch:

• Full refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of cancellation
• Amount will be credited within 5-7 business days
• No cancellation charges apply

Cancellation by getnayi

If getnayi cancels your order:

• Full refund including any shipping charges paid
• Refund processed immediately
• Email notification sent with refund details

Partial Order Cancellation

If you have ordered multiple items:

• You can cancel individual items before dispatch
• Partial refund will be processed for cancelled items
• Remaining items will be delivered as per schedule
• Shipping charges may be recalculated based on remaining items

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Products marked as "Non-Cancellable" or "Final Sale"
• Orders already dispatched or in transit

Failed Delivery vs Cancellation

If a delivery attempt fails:

• It is not considered a cancellation
• The courier will make additional delivery attempts
• You can choose to cancel after failed delivery attempts
• Return shipping charges may apply

Prepaid vs Cash on Delivery

Prepaid Orders

For orders paid online:

• Refund to original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
• No cash refunds for online payments
• Refund timeline: 5-7 business days

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders:

• No payment has been made, so no refund required
• Simply cancel the order before dispatch
• If delivery is refused, it will be treated as cancellation

Automatic Cancellations

Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

• Payment is not received within the specified time
• Payment verification fails
• Delivery address cannot be verified
• You do not respond to our communication within 48 hours
