Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
India-wide Delivery: We deliver to all pin codes across India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery times depend on the ecommerce supplier and your location:
- Metro Cities (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, etc.): Typically delivered as per supplier's timeline
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivery times vary based on supplier availability
- Remote Areas: May take additional time depending on logistics accessibility
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:
- Product availability from the supplier
- Your delivery location
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays and festivals
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
- Supplier's shipping policy
The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some suppliers may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.
Order Processing
Orders are processed according to the following timeline:
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
- Processing Time: Orders are processed by the supplier as per their timeline
- Dispatch Notification: You'll receive a notification once your order is dispatched
- Tracking Information: Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using:
- Tracking link sent via email
- Tracking link sent via SMS
- Your account dashboard on getnayi
- Courier partner's website using the tracking ID
Delivery Process
Our delivery partners will:
- Attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout
- Contact you via phone if needed
- Require a signature or OTP for delivery confirmation
- Make up to 3 delivery attempts (varies by courier)
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Provide accurate contact details and complete address including landmarks.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Contact number unreachable
The package will be returned to the supplier. You may be charged return shipping fees and re-shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately at contact@getnayi.com
- Provide photos of the damaged package and items (if applicable)
- Include your order number and tracking details
- We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund
Address Changes
To change your delivery address:
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
- Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched
- Additional charges may apply for address modifications
PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete street address for delivery.
Supplier-Specific Shipping
Since getnayi works with multiple ecommerce suppliers:
- Each product may have different shipping timelines
- Items from different suppliers will be shipped separately
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
- Delivery dates may vary for different items in your order
Customs and Duties
Currently, we ship only within India. All prices include applicable GST. No additional customs or import duties apply for domestic shipments.
